Refractory introduction

Refractory generally refers to the degree of refractory inorganic non-metallic materials in above 1580 °C, it includes the purpose of natural ore and according to certain requirements through a certain process made of all kinds of finished products. It has certain high temperature mechanical properties, good volume stability, and it's all the materials needed for all kinds of hot equipment.

Screening purpose

It mainly classifies particles and powders into particle segments of different sizes.

Production process

Some problems that should be paid attention to in the design of refractory production process.

The vibration screening machine is generally arranged in the high-rise building of the crushing plant, the span of which is generally not less than 8 meters, and the production of complex multi-variety products is required to be 9 meters. Sieving equipment’s horizontal line with the horizontal line of the bucket elevator is in a straight line in the lateral direction,their spacing should guarantee the size of installing slide between the bucket elevator chute and sieving machine, the angle of inclination is not less than 45 degree. In order to improve the screening efficiency and fill the screen surface with materials, a sorting board can be set at the entrance of the screen.

Analysis of customer screening

After pulverizing, fine grinding and screening, the refractory material is stored in the storage silo for use by the ingredients. The major problem of powder storage in a silo is particle segregation. Because in the powder particles are generally not a single grain, but by coarse to fine continuous grain composition, just a variety of powder particle size and the proportion between the grain size is different. When the powder is discharged into the bin, the coarse and fine particles begin to be stratified. The fine powder is concentrated in the central part of the discharge port, while the coarse particles are rolled to the periphery of the bin. When the material is released from the bin, the middle material flows out from the outlet first, and the surrounding material drops along with the material layer and flows into the middle, and then flows out from the outlet and causes particle segregation.

At present, there are several methods to solve particle segregation in storage bin:

1. Sieve the powder material in multiple stages so that the particle level of the powder in the same silo is less.

2. Increase the feeding port, that is, multiple feeding.

3.Separate the feed bin.
