Air-cooled linear vibrating screen is also called cooling linear vibrating screen. This equipment is a new type of linear vibrating screen developed by Dahan vibrating machinery manufacturer for materials with high temperature characteristics. It increases the cooling system of fan. It can continue to screen high temperature materials after cooling down. It can effectively reduce the difficulty of screening high temperature materials. The screening efficiency and handling capacity have also been greatly improved ,saving the cost of production. Compared with the traditional water-cooled linear vibrating screen, air-cooled linear vibrating screen is more suitable for the screening and grading of water-and moisture-resistant materials.

Air-cooled linear screening machine is based on DZSF series linear vibrating screen of "Dahan Brand". The cooling system of fan is added at the bottom of the inlet and outlet or at the bottom of the box. When the material enters the equipment, the cooling system of fan located at the bottom of the inlet or at the bottom of the box is used to cool it. The two vibrating motors have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface ,the vibration force and material from the reasonable under the action of gravity, cooled materials was put up on the screen, jumping forward do rectilinear motion, through the multi-layer mesh filter under different specifications of the screen and on the screen, and discharged from the outlet of each layer separately, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading.
