Plastic Vibrating Screen

Working principle

Plastic vibrating screen is using the YZUL vertical vibrating motor as a vibrator, and by the two ends of the vibrating motor, it turns the spinning motion into a horizontal, vertical, and oblique three-dimensional motion, and it passes to the sieve of the rotary vibrator; Materials enter the equipment through the feeding port. According to the screening requirements of different materials, materials are screened through 1-5 layers of metal woven mesh with different mesh size. In this process, the mesh cleaning device located under the mesh size of each layer continuously impacts the stainless steel mesh size through frequency vibration, so that the upper layer of the mesh material can be screened through the mesh size smoothly, and effectively solve the problem of blocking the mesh size of materials.
