Product introduction

Sweeteners are food additives that can give soft drinks sweetness. Sweeteners can be pided into nutritive sweeteners (sucrose, glucose, fructose) and non-nutritive sweeteners according to their nutritional value, and can be pided into low sweetness sweeteners and high sweetness sweeteners according to their sweetness.

According to its source, it can be pided into natural sweeteners(xylitol, sorbitol, rohan fruit powder, stevia sugar, maltose alcohol) and synthetic sweeteners(saccharin, saccharin sodium, aspartame).

Sweetener: sweetener moisture absorption, stability, due to different materials, the nature is not the same.

Sweetener production process

Production process: crystallization/spray drying

Screening purpose and applicable model of sweetener common materials

1. Sugar powder (white granulated sugar broken) : 10 mesh, remove large particles or foreign matter produced when workers open bags, the output of s49-1000 type is 1.5 tons/hour.

2. Glucose: 40 head, remove large particles, S49-1000 yield 1 ton per hour.

3. Maltol: 10 heads, removing lumps, S49-1000 production 800 kg/hour.

4. Aspartame: 150 heads, in addition to miscellaneous sieves, WSA-18-65 production 200 kilograms per hour.

5. Saccharin sodium: 20 / 40 / 60, SZF-1030 production 2 tons per hour or more.

6. Rohan fruit powder: This material has strong moisture absorption, need to be screened in a constant temperature environment, 40 mesh, S49-AC-1000 output 250 kg/hour.
