Working principle

When the ZSG series mine heavy vibrating screen works,the excitation force generated by the screen is transmitted to the screen surface inside the screen box through the screen box.Because the excitation force generated by the shaker is longitudinal force,it forces the shaker box to drive the screen box to move forward and backward in the longitudinal direction.Under certain circumstances, materials on the screen screen are thrown forward due to the excitation force,and materials less than the screen screen fall to the lower layer of the screen screen.The movement track of material on the screen is parabolic movement. Due to this cyclical movement of materials,materials from the feeding end into the screen box,quickly forward,loose,and through the screen ,finally complete the screening work.
