Linear vibrating screen is one of the commonly used vibrating screening equipment. Its throughput is larger than that of circular vibrating screen, and the screening process is efficient, so it is favored by the users of vibrating screen.
In general, the production of linear vibrating screen is shipped by the whole machine, so users do not need to consider the problem of assembly of linear screen equipment, but there are also some special reasons for inpidual users to require the equipment to be disassembled and developed, which requires users to assemble themselves after receiving the equipment. Sometimes linear screen users have irreparable faults in the box, they need to replace the box, or repair equipment, remote mobile devices also need to dismantle the equipment.
This also involves the problem of self-assembly. Relatively speaking, the installation of box body is the most important, which is the basic to complete the assembly of linear vibration screen.
Then, how to install the box of linear vibration screen correctly? In fact, the process is quite simple.
Here we are pided into five steps:
Step 1: Place the bracket
Place the support of linear vibrating screen on the horizontal ground, pay attention to the support should be placed upward, do not put upside down, take the spring base on the support as a reference, the spring base should be upward.
Step 2: Anti-skid bracket
The bracket should be made anti-skid measures to avoid moving phenomenon when installing the straight screen box. Several rubber pads or conveyor belt pads can be found under the bracket, and the bracket can be fixed first by using foot bolts or other measures, and then moved when installing the bracket.
Step 3: Place the spring
Placing the spring on the spring base of the bracket should ensure that all springs are of the same height and that the springs are not markedly uneven.
Step 4: Prepare the box
Ordinarily, if the customer requests that the linear screen be disassembled and developed, the vibration motor has been installed on the box body at the time of general delivery, but there are also cases where the vibration motor has not been installed on the box body for delivery; when the user disassembles the linear screen for maintenance, the vibration motor may also be disassembled, so this step can be pided into two parts. In the following two cases:
1. Vibration motor has been installed on the box.
When the vibration motor is installed on the box for delivery, in order to transport safely, the linear screen box will be inverted, that is, the vibration motor will be placed upward. In this case, the user needs to turn the linear screen box upside down to make the vibration motor downward.
2. Vibration motor is not installed on the box
In this case, the user should first invert the linear screen box and install the vibration motor on the motor base at the bottom of the box, then turn the linear screen box over to make the vibration motor face down.
Step 5: Place the box
Lift the prepared box of the linear vibration screen and place it on the spring steadily. At this point, the installation of the box of the linear vibration screen is completed.
In addition to disassembly and repair due to equipment failure, users should try their best to avoid disassembly of the box. If moving linear screen equipment, the whole machine should also be moved as far as possible. If there is no need to ship, the whole machine should be selected for delivery.
