Material comparison

Circular vibrating screen is mainly used for screening materials with large proportion, large particle size and high hardness (such as coal, ore, etc.), which are widely used in coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, electric power and chemical industry.

Contrast of working principles

The vibrator of the circular vibro sifter is installed on the side plate of the screen box, and the motor drives the rotation through the coupling, which generates centrifugal inertia force and forces the screen box to vibrate. The adjustment of the inclination angle of the screen surface can be realized by changing the position and height of the spring support. There are perforated sieve plate and rubber sieve plate, there are two kinds of single-layer and double-layer sieve plate, all kinds of sieve plate can conceal the requirements of high screening efficiency, long service life and non-blocking holes. The motor can be flexibly installed on the left or right side of the screen frame.

The linear vibrao sifter uses two vibrating motors to rotate backward, which makes the exciter produce reverse exciting force and drives the screen box to move forward and backward in a straight line. When the material enters the screen box from the inlet port at one end, it is evenly distributed on the screen surface. Under the combined force of exciting force and material self-weight, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and jumps to the outlet port. At last, the sieving and grading of materials are realized through the sieving screen with different aperture sizes. The material is discharged from the corresponding outlet of each layer, thus completing the whole sieving process.
