The artificial design principle of swing screen is a kind of high efficiency screening machine specially designed to meet the needs of large output and high precision screening. Screening accuracy, efficiency and service life of screen are 5-10 times of those of conventional round screen. It meets all fine and ultra-fine range of powder and particulate materials. It is especially suitable for round, cylindrical, flaky and even regular shape materials which are easily blocked and need precise screening. It is mainly used in chemical industry, food and spices, plastics and synthetic materials, resin, mining industry, medicine, wood industry, building materials, metallurgy, cement, casting, abrasive paper and other granules, dry and wet vibration screening of powder related industries, liquid-solid separation wastewater screening and recovery and other fields.

The basic rotary motion of YBS swing screen is similar to manual screening, with eccentricity adjustable from 25 mm to 40mm and low-speed v-type belt drive adjustable from 120 RPM to 360rpm. The residence time of each material can be adjusted towards the driving axis by the radial and tangential angles of the rocking sieve. Therefore, the horizontal and throwing three-dimensional tumbling motion is established. Materials are evenly dispersed from the center to the outer edge on the entire screen surface, so as to spiral movement to the axial propagation. The fine particles thus complete the whole screening process.
